We supply retailers and consumers and support our brands through sales, marketing, logistics and after-sales service.

About the role

Reporting to the Director, you will plan, coordinate and deliver marketing activity that builds brand awareness, supports retail partners and grows direct-to-consumer sales. You’ll work with Sales, Product and e-commerce stakeholders, overseas brand teams and external agencies to develop marketing plans and turn approved priorities into effective campaigns).

Your responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans and maintain a marketing calendar covering launches, retailer promotions and seasonal campaigns, using market insights and campaign results to recommend priorities.

• Develop campaign concepts and briefs covering objectives, target audiences, key messages, channels, budgets and success measures; coordinate approved campaigns through to launch and review.

• Create and adapt copy and content for social media, email, websites, product pages and sales materials, following each brand’s guidelines.

• Review website content and search performance data; recommend content and basic SEO improvements and implement approved changes with the relevant teams.

• Coordinate paid search and social activity with agencies or internal teams; monitor spend and improve results within approved budgets.

• Support retail marketing through promotional assets, product information, point-of-sale materials and retailer campaign coordination.

• Coordinate creators, influencers,



product reviews, events and demonstrations, including briefs, samples and deliverables.

• Research customers, competitors, pricing, promotional activity and market trends to identify opportunities for recent and existing product ranges; recommend positioning, messaging, promotional approaches and channel activity.

• Analyse campaign outcomes, customer responses and available sales data to recommend improvements and inform future marketing strategies and plans.

• Track budgets, approvals and deadlines; report results and lessons learned to the Director.

What you will bring

• At least two years’ relevant marketing experience and examples of campaigns you have helped deliver. Consumer technology, retail or e-commerce experience is highly regarded.

• Excellent English writing and editing, attention to detail and confident stakeholder communication.

• Practical experience with social media, email marketing, content tools and digital analytics; familiarity with paid search or social advertising.

• Strong organisation, initiative and ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.

• A marketing, communications or business qualification, or equivalent relevant experience. Mandarin language skills are desirable for liaison with overseas brand teams.
