Burbank Bush Kindy Natural Childcare is looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our beautiful bush kindy community.

We are a unique, nature-based early learning centre where children are encouraged to explore, discover and learn through meaningful outdoor experiences, child-led play and connections with the natural world.

We are seeking a reliable, flexible and proactive educator who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and is happy to assist across our two rooms and throughout the centre.

About the Role

As a Centre Support Educator, you will play an important role in supporting our educators, children and daily centre operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting educators across our Pre-Kindy and Kindy rooms.

- Assisting with daily routines, transitions and learning experiences.

- Engaging children in meaningful, nature-based and child-led activities.

- Supporting children's wellbeing, development and individual needs.

- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, clean and organised learning environment.

- Assisting with supervision, mealtimes, rest periods and outdoor play.

- Working collaboratively with room leaders, educators and management.





- Taking initiative and providing additional support wherever needed throughout the centre.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are actively working towards one.

- Have a genuine love for children and early childhood education.

- Are passionate about outdoor learning, sustainability and nature play.

- Are reliable, adaptable, hardworking and enthusiastic.

- Enjoy being part of a positive and cooperative team.

- Have strong communication skills and a caring, respectful approach.

- Are confident taking initiative and supporting different areas of the centre.

- Hold or are eligible to obtain a valid Queensland Blue Card.
