We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individuals to join our Customer Service team at Optus Stadium!

As a Customer Service Attendant, you'll be one of the welcoming faces of Optus Stadium, helping ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience.

This is a dynamic, hands-on and physically active role where no two events are quite the same! You'll work across a variety of positions depending on operational requirements, including:

- Customer Service: Welcoming guests, checking tickets, providing directions, assisting with seating and responding to guest enquiries.
- Parking Operations: Assisting with parking arrangements, directing vehicles and pedestrians, and supporting safe and efficient movement throughout the stadium precinct.
- Retail Food & Beverage: Supporting our Retail Food & Beverage department when required.

Our team works across different areas of the stadium and surrounding precinct, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

This is an active role involving extended periods of standing, walking and assisting guests. Some positions also require working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind and rain.

- Thrive in busy,



fast-paced environments and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Be able to follow instructions, safety procedures and operational requirements.
- Understand that specific positions and work locations cannot be guaranteed.

- Must hold a current RSA

Shift & Availability:

Optus Stadium operates around a diverse calendar of sporting events, concerts and functions, meaning our staffing requirements vary throughout the year.

As this is a casual, event-based position, applicants should understand that:

- Weekday, weeknight and weekend availability is essential. Applicants must be available to work during these periods to meet our operational requirements.
- Shift days, start times and durations vary depending on the event and operational requirements.
- Some events may require early morning starts, late evening finishes or extended periods of work.
- Shifts are allocated based on operational requirements and staff availability.
- Hours of work are not guaranteed, and the number of shifts available may fluctuate throughout the year.
- Flexibility is essential, as staff may be required to work across different positions and departments.

Interview Availability

Interviews will be conducted on Mondays and Wednesdays only.

Applicants who progress to the interview stage must be available to attend an interview on one of these days.
