About Our Ideal Candidate
* Dispensary Leadership: Lead and oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy practice.
* Professional Services: Deliver high-quality clinical services, including MedsChecks, vaccinations, and targeted health programs.
* Compliance & Claims: Manage PBS claims while ensuring strict adherence to all legal and professional obligations.




* Patient Outcomes: Provide expert clinical advice and promote positive patient health outcomes through tailored solutions.
* Team Mentorship: Mentor and develop team members to achieve excellence in customer service and professional care.
* Community Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with patients, local healthcare providers, and the community

About The Offer
This is ideally a full-time position with a versatile roster for the right candidate. Remuneration is highly competitive and negotiable depending on experience. You will work alongside a large team consisting of pharmacists, dispense techs, a dispensary manager, interns, a stock controller, a naturopath, cosmetic consultants, and experienced pharmacy assistants.
