Join a Team Where You Matter!
At Willows Plumbing & Gas, we believe a great workplace is about more than just turning up, getting the job done and heading home. It's about being part of a team where you're valued, supported and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
We are a growing, family owned and operated plumbing business based in Perth's southern suburbs, specialising in residential maintenance, renovations, new builds and light commercial plumbing.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a qualified WA plumber to join our small, friendly and professional team for the long term.
We're proud of the positive team culture we've built. We're not a large company where you're just another employee number. At Willows, you're part of the team, your contribution matters and your hard work is recognised.
The owner isn't just running the business from behind a desk. He's regularly out on the tools, working alongside the team and leading by example. We understand the demands of the job because we're right there doing it too.
We offer a stable, full-time position with a structured 38-hour working week, a supportive working environment, great team culture and no pushy sales targets.
If you're a reliable, skilled plumber looking for a workplace where you're respected, appreciated and treated as an important part of the business, we'd love to hear from you.
