Hair By The Collective is looking for a passionate 2nd or 3rd Year Hairdressing Apprentice and Senior Stylist to join our team.

We’re a busy, established boutique salon in East Brisbane with a strong focus on beautiful hair, exceptional client experience and developing talented hairdressers.

This is an opportunity for an Apprentice or Senior Stylist who already has some salon experience and is ready to take the next step in their career in a supportive, professional environment.

About the roles

Apprentice:

You’ll work alongside experienced senior stylists, continue developing your technical skills and gain hands-on experience across all areas of the salon.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is currently completing their Certificate III in Hairdressing

- Is a 2nd, or 3rd year apprentice

- Is genuinely passionate about hair and the industry

- Has a great attitude and strong work ethic

- Is confident communicating with clients and working within a team

- Takes initiative and is willing to learn

- Wants to continue building their technical skills and grow into a confident stylist

Senior Stylist:

You’re a qualified hairdresser who takes pride in your work and makes clients feel listened to and cared for. You’re confident working independently and value being part of a supportive team.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is confident in colour, cutting and styling, with thoughtful consultation skills.

- Manages appointments efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

- Communicates clearly with clients and teammates.





- Takes initiative and contributes to the everyday running of the salon.

- Is open to ongoing education and growing with Hair By The Collective.
