As our company continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Site Supervisor who takes genuine pride in their work, leads by example and shares our commitment to delivering outstanding results.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced landscape construction professional who thrives on delivering complex, high-quality residential projects.

You'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, leading your team and ensuring every project is completed to Ocean Landscapes' premium standards.

You'll work closely with our Project Managers, Directors and construction team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, supervise and motivate landscape construction teams on site.

- Coordinate daily activities, trades, subcontractors, materials and equipment.

- Deliver premium residential landscaping projects to the highest standards of workmanship.

- Interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications accurately.





- Maintain project timelines, productivity and quality control.

- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and safe work practices.

- Proactively identify challenges and implement practical solutions.

- Maintain excellent communication with Project Managers and the office team.

- Uphold exceptional site presentation, organisation and professionalism.

- Mentor and develop apprentices and tradespeople, fostering a positive, accountable team culture.

- Represent Ocean Landscapes professionally when interacting with clients and other trades.

- Proven experience supervising landscape construction projects.

- Strong technical knowledge of structural landscaping, paving, retaining walls, decking, drainage, concreting and detailed landscape finishes.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple site priorities.

- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding workmanship.

- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

- The ability to work independently while remaining accountable to the wider team.

- A current driver's licence and relevant industry qualifications.
