Your temporary assignment
Depending on the organisation, your responsibilities may include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
- Managing busy switchboards and incoming enquiries
- Coordinating meeting rooms, appointments and calendars
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining reception and front-of-house areas
- Providing general administrative and data entry support
- Liaising with clients, customers and internal stakeholders
- Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates who can confidently step into a new environment and quickly become a reliable part of the team. You will ideally have:





- Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience
- Professional presentation and a warm, confident communication style
- Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence in learning new systems
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to adapt quickly to different workplaces and priorities
- Availability for temporary assignments, with immediate availability highly regarded
- Experience within medical, allied health, skilled services, community services or corporate reception environments will also be highly regarded
