We are seeking a commercial analyst to join a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference across Australia. You will be Reporting to a senior finance leader, and you will play a key role in supporting business units through high-quality management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly management accounts, analysis, and reporting for business units.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting cycles.
- Analyse revenue, deferred revenue, work-in-progress, and project financial performance.
- Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis activities.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial guidance and insights.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

About You

- enjoys working with both numbers and people.
- You can translate complex financial information into practical recommendations and build strong relationships across the business.
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience preparing management accounts and performance reporting.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
- Exposure to project accounting and revenue recognition.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
