About the role
Temporary opportunity in a training position for fellowship specialist training and Interventional Radiology. Candidates must have passed their Part II FRANZCR, or equivalent and completed all necessary assessment tasks at the time of appointment. The aim of this fellowship is to develop the skills required to be a subspecialist Radiologist in all aspects of Interventional Radiology. We recommend this to be one year or a total of two years in Interventional Radiology fellowship training.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Undertake specialised fellowship training in Interventional Radiology (IR). * Assist and train to become independent in Interventional Radiology procedures and provide clinical Interventional Radiology services for both inpatients and outpatients. * Assist with registrar teaching/ training in Interventional Radiology and participate in other teaching if required. * Participate in Interventional Radiology clinical audit, including result analysis.
