Nonna’s Bakery is looking for a motivated and hands-on QA Coordinator to join our team at Wetherill Park.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of food safety, product quality and compliance.

About the RoleReporting to the Head of Food Safety and Quality, the QA Coordinator will support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the site's Food Safety and Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and monitor the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
- Support SQF, HACCP and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, GMP inspections and hygiene inspections.
- Monitor CCPs, operational controls and production records.
- Coordinate environmental monitoring, product testing and verification activities.
- Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and customer complaints.
- Support allergen management, traceability and product recalls.
- Maintain QA documentation, procedures and records.




- Deliver food safety and quality training to production employees.
- Work closely with Production, Operations and other departments to drive continuous improvement.

About You
- Previous experience in a QA role within food manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety principles.
- Familiarity with SQF, BRCGS or other recognised food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident working with production teams in a manufacturing environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for food safety and quality.
