Multi Dynamic is looking for a proactive and creative Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing activities, social media, property campaigns, lead generation and overall brand growth.

This role is suited to someone who is organised, creative, practical and confident managing day-to-day marketing tasks while working closely with the wider team.

Responsibilities

- Manage and schedule social media content
- Support Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels
- Prepare property marketing content for listings, sold properties and campaigns
- Assist with Meta advertising and lead generation
- Coordinate content with designers and video editors
- Prepare marketing calendars and campaign ideas
- Monitor leads, engagement and campaign performance
- Support SMS and email marketing
- Assist with local market and competitor research
- Help promote reviews, office activities and community content
- Support event and promotional marketing
- Maintain consistent Multi Dynamic branding across all marketing




- Assist with CRM marketing and basic automation processes
- Prepare simple marketing reports and recommendations

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing, social media or content coordination
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite
- Canva experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of digital advertising and lead generation
- Real estate marketing experience is highly regarded
- Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing or automation is an advantage
