Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for driving user growth and engagement across the Where To Spot platform. This role includes identifying and nurturing leads, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting platform offerings to talents, partners, and users. Daily tasks involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting outreach via email and social media, and providing responsive customer support to prospects and existing users.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging,



contribute to training materials, and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, support users, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in Training to onboard partners or team members on platform features, processes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to support promotional campaigns and brand awareness.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with basic skills in tracking and interpreting sales and marketing data.
- Previous experience in online platforms, marketplaces, or experience-based services is an advantage.
