About The Role The primary responsibility of this position is to…

- Provide first-level desktop and helpdesk support, diagnosing hardware, software, application and connectivity issues with minimal disruption to staff.
- Log, prioritise, document and resolve requests in the ticketing system, escalating matters to colleagues or second-level support when required.
- Create and manage user accounts and access, including Active Directory, and support staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Provision and distribute devices and technology equipment, and provide remote and onsite support as required.

- Contribute to technology projects, assigned tasks and the ongoing creation and maintenance of knowledge-base resources.

About You You will have experience and skills in the following:

- One to two years of experience in a similar IT support, service desk or technology support role or a tertiary related qualification.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure, with exposure to LAN/WAN and mobile device management highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, use initiative, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A current NSW Working with Children Check; Microsoft or network-related certifications are advantageous, and a driver licence is desirable.
