Senior HR Advisor

We’re looking for an accomplished Senior HR Advisor to partner with our leaders and provide trusted, practical and commercially focused advice.

This is a diverse generalist role with exposure across employee relations, organisational culture and change, leadership coaching, workforce initiatives, capability development and people projects.

You’ll work alongside leaders across the business helping them build outstanding teams, grow their leadership capability and create a positive workplace where our people and business can thrive together.

What you’ll bring:

- Strong generalist HR experience at Senior HR Advisor level
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, business or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders
- Exposure to organisational change and workforce initiatives including M&A;
- Strong commercial judgement and a pragmatic approach to HR
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.





What you’ll do:

- Provide trusted advice and coaching to leaders
- Manage employee relations, performance and workplace matters
- Partner with leaders to support organisational change, workforce planning and organisation design
- Support leadership, learning and capability development
- Contribute to remuneration, competency and HR policy frameworks across the group
- Lead and support People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with HSEQ and business leaders on people related workplace matters.
