Role Description

Help design, build and support secure, reliable networks for OneTeam IT and our clients. As a Senior Network Engineer in our Technology Services team, you’ll combine hands-on engineering, troubleshooting and security with continuous improvement. Working with colleagues, clients and technology partners, you’ll deliver practical solutions that strengthen network performance, resilience and business continuity across internal and client environments.

What you’ll do

- Design,



implement and maintain network infrastructure with a focus on performance, security and redundancy.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely, professional client support.
- Manage monitoring, configuration, patching and upgrades through established change management processes.
- Help investigate security incidents and support disaster recovery capabilities and testing.
- Maintain explicit network diagrams and technical documentation, share knowledge and contribute to service improvements.

What you’ll bring

- Strong hands-on experience in network implementation, configuration and ongoing management.
- Experience with firewalls, cybersecurity principles and securing network environments.
- Public cloud installation and management experience, with an understanding of network services and application communication.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, a client-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset, ownership of your work and a commitment to attaining or maintaining at least two industry or IT certifications.

About the role This role includes rostered and ad hoc on-call support, after-hours work as required and interstate travel.
