Senior SAP ABAP & SuccessFactors Consultant

Melbourne | Hybrid

LTM is looking for a Senior SAP ABAP & SuccessFactors Consultant to join a major transformation program in Melbourne.

This is a senior hands-on role focused on integrating SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, with responsibility for complex ABAP development, payroll integrations, data replication and production-critical solutions within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

What you'll be doing

- Design and develop integrations across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC and ECP
- Deliver complex ABAP development, enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits and RICEFW objects
- Support high-volume HR and payroll data replication
- Troubleshoot complex integration, payroll and performance issues
- Work with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, OData and SOAP services
- Support SuccessFactors releases and SAP upgrades
- Partner with architects, BAs, HR and Payroll stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions

What we're looking for





- 7+ years' hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong background across SAP HR/HCM and Payroll
- Proven SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
- Experience with Core Hybrid integrations and Data Replication Monitor
- Strong SAP CPI / Integration Suite integration knowledge
- Experience with payroll schemas, infotypes, clusters and HR-specific ABAP development
- Knowledge of Australian payroll/STP Phase 2/ATO or New Zealand payroll/Inland Revenue
- Previous experience in banking, financial services or another highly regulated enterprise environment
