Key resp onsibilities
Prepar ecompelling tender responses, proposals and supporting documentation. Develop accurate estimates, costings and competitive pricing schedules. Review tender specifications, scopes of work and contract requirements. Coordin ate with operations, finance and business development teams. Manage multiple submissions and meet tender deadlines.

Proven experience in tender writing or estimating within the facilities management sector. Combine d tender writing and estimating experience would be highly regarded. Underst anding of service delivery requirements, labour costs and resource planning across facilities services.* Excelle nt writing, analytical and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
