Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking for an experienced, technically robust, and execution-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and accelerate critical GPU and AI infrastructure expansion programs across JAPAC and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, driving complex data center deployments that enable high-performance computing and AI workloads at scale.

What You'll Do:

- Lead strategic GPU and AI infrastructure delivery programs across hyperscale data centers.
- Drive end-to-end execution, from construction and site readiness through power, cooling, networking, rack deployment, commissioning, and operational handover.
- Identify critical path risks, remove technical blockers, and accelerate infrastructure delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, network, supply chain, operations, and global infrastructure partners.
- Engage directly with regional teams, vendors, and senior leadership to drive execution and delivery outcomes.




- This role requires travel to our Data Center facilities in ANZ and JAPAC region.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong experience delivering large-scale data center, hyperscale cloud, or mission-critical infrastructure programs.
- Solid technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, cabling, server deployment, and commissioning.
- Exposure to GPU infrastructure, AI clusters, high-density computing, or liquid cooling technologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs, navigate ambiguity, and recover challenging delivery schedules.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across JAPAC and globally as required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship
