Responsibilities

Oversee healthcare service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring quality, compliance and contract performance Drive operational performance, workforce planning, recruitment logistics and service coverage Build strong relationships with Defence and key stakeholders Oversee governance, WHS, risk management and audit readiness Manage budgets, identify efficiencies and support contract growth Guide and develop high-performing operational teams Requirements

5+ years' operations experience, including 3+ years in senior management, with proven success leading large-scale service delivery and workforce management Background in workforce management, recruitment and logistics, with agency recruitment experience highly regarded Defence industry experience preferred, with exposure to corporate environments advantageous Experience managing operational risk, compliance requirements and budgets Experience working in quick-paced operations and recruitment environments, with strong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills Relevant tertiary qualification; current driver's licence highly desirable
