About The Company
Cityview Helicopter Tours is a next-generation platform built to help clients and teams work together effectively. We are looking for people who value ownership, clear communication, and meaningful client relationships. This chance is designed for an experienced account manager or entrepreneur who wants the independence to manage their work while contributing to a growing organization.
Our team works with clients to support their campaigns, coordinate feedback, and deliver service that responds to each client’s goals and audience.
About The Role
As a Remote Account Manager, you will serve as the primary day-to-day connection between assigned clients and our internal team of writers and editors. This is a client-facing role focused on satisfaction, retention, communication, and ongoing campaign improvement. You will listen carefully to client needs, share relevant feedback with colleagues, and help ensure that campaign work remains aligned with each client’s objectives.
This is not primarily a sales position, and routine upselling is not required. Instead, you will build a strong understanding of each client’s audience, industry, and goals, then contribute ideas that strengthen campaign performance and the working relationship. The role offers autonomy, but it also requires sound judgment, responsiveness, and the ability to manage competing priorities without close supervision.
Qualifications
You should have at least two years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with the confidence to manage a full desk and take responsibility for client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will regularly handle client emails, calls, feedback, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable setting goals independently, and able to solve problems quickly. You should enjoy speaking with people, think clearly in live conversations, and remain professional when priorities shift. Previous experience working remotely and evidence that you can stay productive over time without in-person supervision are important.
You must have a quiet, professional location for calls, a reliable phone and computer, and a stable internet connection. Availability during primarily weekday business hours is required, with some flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with clients and act as their primary contact once assigned. Respond to client emails, participate in calls, clarify needs, and communicate feedback to the appropriate writers, editors, and team members. Monitor campaign activity and maintain a broad view of client goals, deliverables, and emerging needs.
Identify relevant trends and topics within each client’s industry, then help the team apply those insights to the client’s specific audience and objectives.
Look for practical ways to improve campaigns and strengthen collaboration, offering useful recommendations without treating every interaction as a sales opportunity. Conduct weekly email check-ins, prepare quarterly reports that summarize positive results and areas for improvement, and contribute to onboarding new clients.
During the first two weeks, learn the organization’s tools and processes and shadow client calls and email communication. In weeks three through six, take a more active role in client correspondence and calls with guidance. From approximately week six onward, manage selected accounts as the primary contact, coordinate client needs internally, and maintain consistent follow-through.
Benefits
This is a remote position with room to organize your workday independently while maintaining weekday availability for client conversations. You will receive structured onboarding, training on the tools and internal processes, and opportunities to learn through call shadowing and guided client work. The role offers direct ownership of client relationships and the opportunity to contribute ideas that shape campaign quality and service delivery.
Specific compensation, paid leave, and other benefit details are not provided in this description.
Equal Opportunity
Cityview Helicopter Tours welcomes applicants with relevant experience and a commitment to excellent client service. Employment decisions should be based on qualifications, skills, and business needs. We encourage candidates who can contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and professional working environment to apply.
