We are building an early-stage social media marketing agency and looking for a driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join as a co-founder and take an equal ownership stake in building the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
- Manage client social media accounts and campaigns.
- Plan, create and oversee engaging content.
- Analyse performance, engagement and campaign results.
- Contribute to client acquisition, retention and agency growth.
- Help shape the agency's services, brand and long-term direction.
