We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Service Representative to join our team in Upper Coomera, QLD, on a part-time basis. with flexible hours.

About the RoleThe Sales Service Representative will play an important role in supporting our sales operations, responding to customer enquiries and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

This position involves providing product information, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities and proactively contacting existing customers to generate repeat business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to learn and explain technical product information.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Support

- Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide customers with product information, etc.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and sales enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities.




- Liaise with internal teams regarding product availability, order processing and delivery requirements.

Sales Follow-Up & Customer Relationships

- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Re-engage existing customers through targeted calls and email communications.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and encourage repeat business.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Support sales initiatives and promotional activities.

Sales Administration & Reporting

- Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry details and sales activities within company systems.
- Assist with order processing, quotation preparation and general sales administration.
- Monitor outstanding enquiries and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to regular sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Support continuous improvement of customer service and sales processes.

Skills & QualificationsEssential:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner, including making outbound customer calls.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.




- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise daily tasks.
- Willingness to learn technical product information and communicate product benefits clearly.
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach to work.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience preparing sales quotations and processing customer orders.
- Previous experience using CRM or ERP systems.
- Experience in equipment supply, manufacturing, signage, electrical, construction or related industries.
- Experience with customer follow-up, lead generation or account management.
- Familiarity with LED signage, traffic management equipment or industrial safety products.
