Role Description The Salesforce Architect is a full-time, in office role based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role is responsible for designing scalable Salesforce architectures, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, and overseeing end-to-end implementation across Salesforce clouds. Day-to-day activities include reviewing and refining system designs, guiding developers on best practices, performing configuration and customization, and ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.

The architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives, lead technical workshops, conduct code and configuration reviews, and support performance optimization and security standards. The role also involves mentoring team members,



maintaining documentation, and staying current with Salesforce platform updates and features.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com expertise, including deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and security architecture.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Salesforce.com Development skills, including experience with Apex, integrations, and platform customization.
- Candidates should possess Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages skills to design and build modern, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, workflows, and declarative automation.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions, leading technical teams, and working with cross-functional stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
