To strengthen our team, and in pursuit of new business opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager for a short-term contract role supporting a Sustainable Aviation Fuels project in Perth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interface Manager to join our team for an upcoming Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) tender in Australia. This role is critical in driving seamless execution and communication between our Korean headquarters and Australian Joint Venture (JV) Partner. The successful candidate will be stationed locally at the JV Partner’s office to oversee bid coordination,



align proposal strategies (Execution Plan, Pricing, Schedule, Man-hour estimation), and participate in the interactive workshops with the Client in Brisbane.

- - Act as the primary local focal point between Korean Headquarters and the Australian JV Partner to ensure alignment on all bidding requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate daily operational communication, resolve cross-cultural or procedural gaps, and ensure timely exchange of information between both engineering/commercial teams.
- Coordinate key proposal packages including the FEED Execution Plan, Price & Schedule, Total Man-hour Estimation, and EPC Cost Estimation Methodology.
- Consolidate inputs from both companies to build a cohesive, compliant, and competitive FEED proposal.
- Track bidding milestones and ensure strict adherence to the tentatively 8-week’s tender submission timeline.
- Participate in-person during the three (3) scheduled Interactive Workshops with the Client
- Pre-align workshop strategies with headquarters key personnel and the local JV team prior to each session.
- Coordinate hybrid meeting setups (in-person local presence combined with headquarters online attendees)

About You

- Minimum 15+ years of skilled experience in Proposal Management, Project Coordination, or Commercial/Contracts Management with engineering background within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Renewables sector
- Direct experience in FEED / EPC tender execution for major energy infrastructure projects in Australia.
- Strong understanding of FEED bid structures, execution strategies, man-hour norms, pricing mechanisms, and EPC cost estimating frameworks.
- Familiarity with Australian local standards, statutory regulations, and market practices for energy/decarbonization projects (experience in Biofuels/SAF is a strong advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven experience in a senior pre-contract, bid management, or commercial leadership role
- Strong pre contacts/commercial background including risk analysis, pricing strategy, and contract understanding
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with project management software and commercial reporting tools.
