Leader in a field operations and technical support team delivering 24/7 IT services across operational control rooms, concourses, and corporate workspaces.

Accountable for operational governance, field technician dispatching, shift scheduling, queue backlogs, and resource utilization to maintain 99.9%+ availability for critical operational workstations.

Governed walk-in TechZone operations and equipment staging depots; directed hardware deployments, spares inventory,

warranty repairs, and rapid device turnaround to drive high first-contact resolution.





Ensure operational readiness and service restoration within stringent contractual SLAs and KPIs across hybrid on-prem,

cloud, and distributed network architectures (Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN).

Serve as primary operational escalation lead for enterprise asset directors and business stakeholders, convening rapid response technical bridges and mobilizing cross-functional engineering teams.

Standardized change control procedures, mitigating risk across code promotions and reducing after-hours production incidents.
