Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Perth team, delivering a diverse range of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects valued between $3m and $30m.

The Role:
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and your internal project team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing project planning, programming, scheduling, budgets and cost control.
- Leading the delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects from commencement through to handover.
- Preparing and managing construction programs.




- Providing strong technical and commercial input throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met.
- Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and project delivery.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong project delivery experience with a collaborative approach and a genuine interest in being part of a good team.
To be considered, you'll ideally have:

- Proven experience managing projects for a head contractor, ideally valued between $3m $30m.
- Previous experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience using commercial construction software.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- A background in Contract Administration would be highly regarded, particularly for someone who has developed solid commercial foundations and is looking to step into, or further develop within, a Project Management role.
