What You'll Be Doing

- You'll take ownership of our bulk transfer capability and play a key role in driving operational excellence by:




- Managing the successful delivery of large-scale novated leasetransfer and renovation projects
- Owning and continuously improving bulk transfer automationprocesses and supporting workflows
- Developing deep expertise in our end-to-end renovations operationsand associated systems
- Analysing data and operational trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
- Partnering with operational, technology, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver automation and process improvement initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to eliminate manual effort andimprove system functionality
- Ensuring all activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and within agreed service levels
- Supporting portfolio growth, customer retention initiatives, employer onboarding, and large-volume transition projects
- Maintaining a strong focus on risk management, operationalcontrols, and customer outcomes
- Contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, andcontinuous improvement

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using data to make informed decisions.

- Experience in operations, business administration, processimprovement, project coordination, or a similar environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced attention to detail and confidence working withlarge volumes of data
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong systems aptitude and the ability to quickly learnnew platforms and technologies
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environment
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvementinitiatives
- A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to improveoutcomes for customers and the business

Highly Regarded
