MAZESOBA PTY LTD in Sydney is seeking an experienced CDP/Senior CDP to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment, delivering authentic Japanese Mazesoba dishes. You will plan, prepare, train staff, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Applicants should have a Diploma of Hospitality Management or 3 years of relevant full time experience, experience with stock control, HACCP compliance, and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
