Reef Gateway Hotel is seeking a proactive Duty Manager in Airlie Beach to lead shifts and support the Venue Manager. The role focuses on developing the team, delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining smooth operations across busy service periods.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, leadership potential, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. RSA & RSG, RMLV, and CLO are preferred or obtainable.
