Hindmarsh is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our Corporate team as Senior Corporate Lawyer – Corporate & Company Secretariat. Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll run company secretarial matters for a group of entities, support property development and project finance transactions, and act as the AML/CTF Compliance Officer for our funds management business.
This is a broad, hands‑on in‑house role where you’ll run matters end to end with a high level of autonomy.
