Millennium Services Group is seeking a Christmas Casual Customer Service Officer at the Sunshine Plaza Customer Service Desk. You will be the friendly face for shoppers, helping create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience during the festive period.

Key duties include answering enquiries in person, by phone or email; providing centre information and directions; assisting with lost property; processing gift card sales; keeping the desk tidy and supporting seasonal promotions.
