The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced accounts administrator to join our team. You will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and will be the go-to person for general creditors and accounts payable while keeping our head office running smoothly. The Dorsett group turned over a $200 million dollars last financial year, so this is a fast paced, busy office with a great team who are passionate about what they do. You will be situated at our Support Office above the Bunbury Retravision Store on Forrest Avenue, Bunbury. The role is part time - 56 hours per fortnight - with flexibility on how that looks for the right candidate (school hours across 5 days a week or an option of working 4 days per week).

About You

You’re organised, accurate and comfortable working autonomously. You take pride in getting the details right and meeting deadlines, and you enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues, stores and suppliers. If you are a gun at processing large volumes of invoices with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

You will have:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar accounts or office support role

- Strong attention to detail and quick, practical problem-solving skills

- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

- Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills

- A current, valid WA C Class driver’s licence

A tertiary certificate in Business will be highly regarded.
