ROLE
Work closely with site teams and leadership on live projects, influencing safety outcomes and raising standards.
Ensure the business is not only compliant but maintains an outstanding safety record.
Monitor compliance across multiple sites, supporting site teams with advice, documentation, and areas for improvement.
Lead internal audits against ISO 45001 & 14001, including SWMS reviews and subcontractor compliance.
Strong systems, procedures, and governance already in place, allowing you to refine and elevate above gold standard.
Projects $70M-$200M that build practical WHS capability and decision-making under real operational pressure.

YOU




Proven WHS experience within Class 2 resi construction and solid knowledge of WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and Standards.
Cert IV or Diploma in WHS, with Lead Auditor certification highly regarded.
Hands-on experience controlling high-risk work, including cranes, hoists, formwork, scaffolding and working at heights.
Capability embedding WHSEQ systems on live projects, including SWMS, risk assessments, incident reporting, ISO audits and contractor compliance.
Confident using safety platforms, with solid documentation and reporting.
A practical, proactive team player who uses positive, persuasive communication and represents the business with authority on site and with clients.
