We're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Physiotherapist to join our growing team and develop their clinical skills in a supportive community-based environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced clinicians who will provide mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development as you transition into practice.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist with Companion Home Care, you will:

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes

- Develop and deliver personalised treatment and rehabilitation programs

- Support clients with mobility, strength, balance and falls prevention

- Monitor progress and review treatment goals

- Educate clients and families on self-management strategies

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

- Collaborate with care staff and other healthcare professionals

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has recently completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy





- Holds an AHPRA registration

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Is passionate about helping older people remain independent

- Is eager to learn and develop professionally

- Holds a current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
