The role;

- Manage and review business activity statements, income tax returns and financial statements for a diverse client portfolio including individuals, SMEs, trusts and companies

- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities to minimise tax liability and improve business performance

- Lead, mentor and support the technical development of more junior staff

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for ongoing compliance and advisory needs

- Oversee workflow management, billing and WIP to ensure deadlines are met and the team operates efficiently within budget

- High level transactional advisory work such as CGT Concessions - Brokerage and Structuring/Restructuring

Tech Stack;

- 100% Cloud Based

- Xero tax, Xero workpapers

- Karbon email/CRM/workflow system

- Ignition, NowInfinity

The ideal candidate CA/CPA candidate will:





- Have at least three to four years experience as a business services accountant and a passion for providing business advisory.

- Have an interest or experience dealing with clients across all industries.

- Be motivated, ambitious and love working with clients
