Taylor Reno is a growing renovation company based in Perth, specialising in residential renovations. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable person to join our team and help grow our renovation business.

About the Role

This role focuses on sales, customer communication and project follow-ups. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, following up on potential renovation projects and helping convert enquiries into confirmed jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries and develop new business opportunities.

- Communicate with clients to understand their renovation requirements.

- Follow up on quotations and potential projects.

- Maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.

- Coordinate with the design and construction teams.





- Manage customer follow-ups throughout the sales process.

- Assist with general sales and business development activities.

What We're Looking For

- Good organisational and customer follow-up skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Previous sales or renovation industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.
