About the Role

Based at our High Wycombe operations, you will play an important role in assisting our Senior Storeman managing the day-to-day stores and inventory function, ensuring materials and equipment are accurately recorded, readily available and efficiently distributed. Working as part of a close-knit team, your responsibilities will include:

· Receiving, checking and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently

· Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock movements within our inventory management system

· Monitoring stock levels and identifying replenishment requirements

· Coordinating supplier deliveries and outgoing customer orders

· Conducting regular stocktakes, inventory checks and investigating stock discrepancies

· Ensuring materials and equipment are correctly labelled, stored and maintained





· Assisting with the preparation and issue of materials for operational and project requirements

· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

· General stores and warehouse duties as required

· Partake in Daily driving and delivery drop offs of goods to our Customers

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

· Previous experience in a stores, inventory, warehouse or logistics workplace

· Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

· Experience using computerised inventory or stock management systems (desirable)

· The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a team

· Good communication and customer service skills

· A current Forklift Licence (essential)

· A current manual or Auto Australian Driver's Licence (Manual is preferred but not compulsory)

Previous exposure to the electrical, mining or industrial sectors will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
