Our Client is an award winning luxury residential & commercial builder based that specialises in building projects in the outer Northern & Eastern suburbs. They have numerous revenue streams ranging from one-off custom current build homes to renovations as well as commercial projects ranging in value from $250K - $10M.

They have several major projects soon to commence, so are looking to add a Site Manager to the team. The project/s will be a combination of renovation and new build projects ranging in value from $1M - $5M. The Site Manager will be expected to manage/coordinate between 2 - 4 projects concurrently, supported by a leading hand.

The role will be closely mentored by the Director and oversee all aspects of delivery as well as assisting with procurement and other coordination aspects.



The role will be Client-facing so you must be well presented & personable with the right attitude and the ability to deal with demanding Clients.

Salary will be flexible dependent on experience with a range of $140,000 - $180,000 total package (with a company car included).
