Your Role




Depending on your experience, you will assist with or take responsibility for:

- Day-to-day management of body corporate schemes.
- Building relationships with owners, committees and contractors.
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and correspondence.
- Coordinating maintenance, insurance matters and contractor follow-up.
- Assisting with budgets, financial administration and scheme records.
- Organising and attending committee meetings and general meetings.
- Responding to enquiries and keeping clients informed.

About You

- Experience as a Strata Assistant, Assistant Body Corporate Manager or Strata Manager.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, personable approach.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to following things through.
- Familiarity with Queensland body corporate processes.
- A desire to contribute to a supportive team and deliver great service.
