About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of your assigned residential portfolio.

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with property owners and tenants.

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades.

- Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals.

- Managing rental arrears and following up outstanding matters.

- Handling tenant and owner enquiries in a timely and professional manner.





- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and understands the importance of providing excellent service.

You will ideally have:

- Minimum 12 months' recent experience in residential property management.

- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.

- Current Queensland driver's license.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organisation and time management skills.

- Good computer skills and confidence using property management software.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
