Trainee Dental Receptionist

About us
We’re a friendly, up-to-date dental clinic in Mount Annan, caring for patients of all ages. Our team is supportive and close-knit, and we’re looking for someone new to the industry who is keen to learn and build a career in dental administration.

The role
As our Trainee Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. You’ll be trained on the job and supported by our experienced practice manager.

Your day-to-day

- Greeting patients and checking them in

- Answering phones and emails

- Booking, rescheduling and confirming appointments

- Updating patient records in our dental software (full training provided)

- Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS)

- General admin and helping the clinical team keep things running smoothly

About you

- Warm, calm and professional,



including with nervous patients

- Clear communicator, both in person and over the phone

- Organised, reliable and good with detail

- Comfortable using computers

- Customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a bonus, but no dental experience is needed

- Must have the right to work in Australia
