We are a growing agency focused on delivering expert management on build to rent and co-living assets in the city fringe and key suburban markets. All of our buildings are single ownership, minimizing the time required in owner communication, approvals and reporting. Simply put, we manage quality residential assets in core locations. The Role

Due to continued growth we require an experienced property manager for our premium build to rent assets. You will be supported by a full time, trust accountant, administrative and leasing support with clear processes established on the requirements and procedures for each property. It is a hybrid role between in office/on site property management across a range of build to rent assets, predominantly on the northern beaches.

Qualifications & experience

- Class 2 Real estate Licence

- Experience with Property tree, Inspection manager, TAPI preferred but not essential

- Drivers licence

- A proven ability to manage time and follow proven processes

- Ability to think independently

Tasks & responsibilities

- Maintaining a clean and functional tenancy database

- Act as the primary contact point for all tenant requests throughout the tenancy

- Leasing and lease up of new buildings as required in collaboration with the wider team

- Co-ordination of maintenance requests and regular service contracts

- Focus on tenant happiness, retention and lease renewal whilst protecting our clients interests

- Assist the leasing agent in servicing leasing enquiries where required

- Management of rental arrears in collaboration with the administrative team

- Routine building inspections as required by the clients

- Co-ordinating with on site staff to ensure buildings and apartments are well maintained and ready for new tenants promptly after vacate

- Alternating 5 day work week including Saturdays. Saturday work of 2-3 hours will be mandatory for the first 4 months of the role, with a rolling weekend schedule thereafter.
