The Role

Due to ongoing activity across our residential sales division, we are seeking a client-focused Sales Associate to join our team in a key customer-facing role.

Operating from an on-site project sales office, you will handle buyer inquiries, guide purchasers through available options, and coordinate with local builders. This role suits someone looking to step into property development sales with the security of a guaranteed hourly base plus bonuses.

What You’ll Do

- Host the project sales office during scheduled open hours (including weekends) and attend buyer appointments.

- Guide prospective purchasers through site plans and liaise with builders on house & land packaging.

- Assist with local marketing initiatives, community events, and social media coordination.

- Coordinate site presentation and report buyer pipeline activity to agency leadership.

- Attend weekly agency team meetings and training sessions.

What You Bring

- Experience: Background in real estate (Sales Assistant, Property Management, or Administration) OR proven consultative sales experience (e.g., automotive sales, finance, or retail).

- Licence: Current Real Estate Certificate / Agent’s Representative licence (or willing to obtain prior to start).

- Availability: Ability to commit to 20–26 hours per week, including weekend hours and weekly team meetings.
