The Opportunity

This is a varied, hands-on position combining exceptional client service, salon coordination, retail recommendations and day-to-day operations.

You'll be at the heart of the salon, ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience while helping our busy team operate smoothly and efficiently.

For someone with proven leadership skills and ambition, there is genuine potential to progress into senior operational and salon management responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing





- Creating an exceptional client experience from the first enquiry through to the final farewell.

- Managing appointments and coordinating a busy, multi-therapist salon diary.

- Handling telephone calls, bookings and client enquiries with confidence and professionalism.

- Building strong client relationships and encouraging rebooking's and loyalty.

- Recommending treatments, professional skincare and home-care products.

- Supporting retail sales, client retention and salon performance.

- Working closely with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Managing payments, gift vouchers and general reception administration.

- Resolving day-to-day challenges with initiative and a solutions-focused attitude.

- Contributing to a motivated, supportive and high-performing team environment.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from experienced beauty industry professionals who love people, take pride in their work and want to build a rewarding long-term career.

You may currently be a:

- Senior Beauty Therapist looking to transition away from performing treatments.

- Experienced Salon Receptionist or Guest Services professional.

- Senior Salon Coordinator ready for greater responsibility.

- Salon Manager who enjoys hands-on operations, client relationships and developing people.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a beauty salon, skin clinic, spa or similar professional environment.

- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare and the client journey.

- Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills.

- Confidence managing busy appointment diaries and multiple priorities.

- Experience using professional salon booking and point-of-sale systems.

- A warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for customer service.

- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the confidence to take ownership.





- An interest in ongoing professional development and potential leadership opportunities.

Salon Software Experience

Experience using Shortcuts salon management software is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.

However, we also welcome candidates with strong experience using other salon-specific booking and point-of-sale systems, such as Phorest or similar industry platforms.

The ability to confidently manage appointments, client records, payments and busy salon schedules is essential.

A Beauty Therapy Diploma is welcomed but is not essential for candidates with strong salon reception, coordination or management experience.
