With a wonderful opportunity available in Stirling, they're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a successful team in a busy community-focused location.
About the role

As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 5-10 team members
- Create a positive, customer-first culture where your team can succeed
- Drive store performance through strong leadership and operational excellence
- Manage rostering, stock control and daily store operations
- Maintain high standards across merchandising, presentation and compliance
- Build strong relationships with your local community and regular customers
- Coach and develop future retail leaders
- Take ownership of store performance while leading from the front
What you'll bring
- Previous Store Manager or strong retail leadership experience
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
- Robust operational and organisational capability
- Confidence driving team performance and achieving business goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to motivate, coach and inspire diverse teams
- Experience within retail, convenience, fuel or hospitality will be highly regarded
