Got the tickets, the experience and a gap in your calendar? MPC Solutions is building a crew of experienced Crane Operators, Riggers and Shutdown Supervisors for upcoming WA assignments.
MPC Solutions provides labour hire and recruitment support across mining, construction, maintenance and industrial operations. We’re looking for people who know their equipment, communicate clearly and put safe lifting first.

Sites and scheduled work periods
All dates are in 2026. Individual assignments may cover only part of each site’s overall period.
Travel dates and mobilisation arrangements will be confirmed for each placement.

The pay
Employee hourly rates across the available classifications and Levels 1–3:
Night rates include 15% night loading. Day rates already include 17.5% casual loading. Your classification, pay level, separately payable allowances and applicable penalties will be confirmed before placement.

What you’ll bring

- A current Australian High Risk Work Licence appropriate to your duties.
- Operators:



relevant crane licence and demonstrated experience on the nominated capacity, make and model. C0 is required for slewing cranes over 100 tonnes.
- Riggers: DG and the relevant RB, RI or RA classes.
- Practical experience with lift plans, exclusion zones, pre-start checks and transparent lifting communications.
- Relevant mining, shutdown, construction or port experience.
- Australian work rights and availability for the nominated dates.
- Willingness to complete required screening, inductions and competency verification.

Useful tickets and existing inductions
Please list your White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres, EWP, fire training and relevant VOCs, including completion dates. Additional tickets and refresher requirements depend on the assigned duties and site.

Existing RTIO, Bellevue, Roy Hill, AngloGold Ashanti, Gruyere or Murrin Murrin inductions will assist assessment. For Roy Hill Port, advise your MSIC status; the access requirement depends on the work area.

Supervisor applicants
Please demonstrate experience leading lifting crews, coordinating permits and work fronts, and managing safe execution. Any site appointment or statutory competency requirements will be confirmed for the position.
