About the Client

They are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team, helping customers bring their renovation and home improvement projects to life.

About the role
This is a consultative sales role where you'll build relationships, understand customer needs and recommend the right flooring solutions. Whether you're experienced in flooring, home improvement, window furnishings or another solution-based retail workplace, you'll have the prospect to make a real impact while being rewarded for your performance.

As Sales Consultant, you will:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to sale
- Guide customers through flooring and home improvement solutions
- Build genuine relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Prepare quotes and manage customer projects through to completion
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared sales goals
- Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
- Follow up enquiries and maximise every sales opportunity
- Contribute to a positive, supportive and customer-focused culture

What you'll bring

- Previous experience in consultative retail or showroom sales
- Experience within flooring, home improvement, interiors,



building materials or window furnishings will be highly regarded
- A genuine passion for customer service and relationship building
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A desire to build long-term customer relationships and deliver outstanding results
