Our ideal candidate will have:

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

- Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach.

- Good communication skills.

- An eye for detail and pride in their work.

- A genuine interest in the electrical trade.

- The ability to follow instructions and work safely.

- A current driver's licence and reliable transport (highly regarded).

- A Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one.

No previous electrical experience is required. We're more interested in finding the right person who is committed to learning and building a successful career.

What We Offer

At Counterparts Electrical, we believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for long-term career development.

You'll enjoy:

- Full time employment with a growing, established electrical company.

- Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced, qualified electricians.

- Exposure to a wide variety of residential electrical installations.

- A friendly, supportive and professional team environment.

- Competitive apprentice wages in accordance with applicable award requirements.
