We’re looking for a Sous Chef with advanced Neapolitan pizza experience who cooks with heart, thinks creatively and takes real pride in every plate that leaves the pass. Our stone fire rotating oven is waiting for you.

You’re the person we want if you:

- Are obsessed with the craft. Dough, fermentation, flour and fire aren’t just a job to you, they’re a passion.

- Can hand-stretch a perfect cornicione and get that leopard-spotted char every time.

- Know your way around a stone-deck oven, ideally a rotating one, and can deliver consistent pies at volume.

- Love building food made for sharing: vibrant, generous plates that get passed around the table with a cold beer in hand.

- Have ideas and love to experiment, whether it’s a new pizza, a seasonal share plate or a burger or sandwich that makes people stop mid-bite.





- Lead with energy and inspire a team to care as much as you do.

- Care about quality ingredients and respect the produce.

- Have solid sous chef experience: rosters, ordering, stock control, food safety and training.

What you’ll do:

- Own and evolve the pizza program, from dough development to ever-changing specials

- Help create a menu of share plates designed for big groups, long afternoons and pairing with our drinks list

- Contribute to a small, creative burger and sandwich offering that sits alongside the pizza

- Run the kitchen day to day and keep service strong when the garden is full

- Mentor the team and pass on your passion for the craft
